Issues when downloading FCPXML or SRT
Export Button Disabled

Run grouping and apply a preset to enable all export options.
Exports Fail or Won't Download
Try these solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions
- Clear browser cache
- Use incognito/private mode
- Try downloading again from the job page
Download File is Corrupted
Solutions:
- Re-download the file
- Try a different browser
- Modify preset/words to regenerate the export
Export Taking Too Long
Export generation usually takes a few seconds.
If taking longer:
- Large files may take up to 1 minute
- Check internet connection
- Refresh page and try again
